  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup vegan marshmallows fluff

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder.
  3. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling; cook for about 2 minutes.
