  • 8 oz feta cheese (cut into sticks)
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer four sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer lightly with melted butter. Cut into 3-inch wide strips.
  3. Place feta at one end of each strip and roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  4. Arrange rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a small pan over low heat, warm honey and stir in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the baked feta rolls just before serving.
