  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

  3. Add chopped carrots and celery, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
