  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain carefully.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll up gently. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
