  • 1 cup plain flour (for topping)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt (for topping)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (cold, cut into 1/4-inch pieces for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, and orange zest until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture; mix well.
  5. Incorporate sour cream into the mixture, then gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries gently.
  6. Prepare the topping by mixing flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cutting in cold butter until crumbly.
