  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 12 oz frozen spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • â…” cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the diced onion, minced garlic, chopped artichokes, frozen spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until evenly distributed.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the mixed ingredients.
  3. Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
  4. Stir the mixture thoroughly and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
