  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
