  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can (12 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, crumble graham crackers and pulse with sugar and melted butter until combined; press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned; let cool completely.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk and egg yolks until smooth; mix in lemon juice.
  6. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least an hour; cut into squares.
