  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes before stirring in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
  4. Toss in lightly steamed broccoli and cooked pasta until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve hot, topped with sliced chicken and fresh parsley.
