Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. If using garlic, add it and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini to the pan; stir frequently for 5-6 minutes until they start to soften but remain crisp.
  3. Incorporate chopped kale with a splash of water; cover with a lid and steam for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender yet vibrant.
