  • 1 cup dark (semisweet) chocolate chips (or preferred chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line a baking sheet with non-stick parchment paper.
  3. Cut each sheet into 6 rectangles (approximately 3 inches by 5 inches).
  4. Scatter half of the chocolate chips over each rectangle.
  5. Roll up each rectangle from the short end, sealing in the chocolate.
  6. Place the rolled pastries seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack before dusting with powdered sugar.
