  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ can sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour) and mix until smooth.
  4. Roll dough into balls, place on a lined baking sheet, and create thumbprint indentations.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 12 minutes; press down again if indentations disappear.
  6. For the fudge filling, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk; stir in mint extract.
  7. Fill cookie centers with the fudge mixture and drizzle with melted chocolate almond bark.
