  3. In another bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for about 12 minutes until golden around edges but soft in center.
  9. Let cool on racks; dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate and sprinkle as desired.
