Chimichurri is a vibrant, zesty sauce that can transform your meals with its fresh flavors and versatility. This easy-to-make condiment combines parsley, garlic, and a hint of spice to create a delightful topping for grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or salads.

  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the parsley by washing and drying it, then finely chopping the leaves.
