  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble each tortilla with rice, chicken mixture, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll tightly by folding in the sides first and then rolling from one end.
  7. For extra crunch, toast burritos seam-side down in the skillet for about 2 minutes per side.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired before serving.
