  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni until al dente; drain and reserve pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Lower heat and melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
