  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour and kosher salt.
  3. Combine the flour mixture with the yeast mixture; stir until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
