  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 10 oz vegan marshmallows
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground star anise
  • 1 tbsp earl grey tea (powdered)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a spice grinder or food processor, blend all chai spices and earl grey tea until finely ground.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Krispie cereal and set aside.
  4. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add the chai spice mixture and vegan marshmallows. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Krispies and gently mix to coat evenly.
