  • 100 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 40 g sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 50 g sugar (for cream)
  • Nusskrokant (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and dice the apples. In a saucepan, combine apples with water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone, quark, and sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Layer half of the cream mixture into dessert glasses followed by half of the apple mixture. Repeat the layers.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until serving time. Top with Nusskrokant just before serving.
