  • 1 package pre-made croissant dough (8 croissants)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the filling at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. To prepare the glaze, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until boiling. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
  7. Once cooled slightly, dip the tops of the croissants into the glaze and let set on wire racks.
