  • 4 flaky French croissants
  • 46 slices good-quality turkey
  • 8 slices gruyère or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise and layer two slices of cheese on the bottom half.
  3. Add turkey slices on top of the cheese, then place another cheese slice over the turkey.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and poppy seeds for the glaze.
  5. Generously brush the glaze over each assembled croissant and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 7-9 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
