  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 4 oz brie cheese (cut into 12 cubes)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans (optional, chopped)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Press each square into the muffin cups firmly, creating small pastry cups.
  4. Place one cube of brie in each cup and top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Add chopped candied pecans if desired.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh rosemary sprigs.
