1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Stir until well mixed.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Cover or seal in a bag; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly spray the basket.
Remove chicken from marinade; coat with cornstarch evenly.
Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer; cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F).
Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
